Help, W211 brake pads change

I am a new member and I read an old thread about the procedure of changing brake pads. I understood all the process except for the disconnecting of the SBC, which is the most important in the process. Is it the electrical harness that I should disconnect? Can someone who has done it please enlighten me in detail in this crucial step of changing the pads. Many thanks in advance

Yes, this this the thread I read. However, the photos of SBC did not show up. Since disconnecting the SBC is the most important part of the procedure, I want to make sure that I am disconnecting the correct way, otherwise, my fingers will end up on my garage floor. Have you done it before? If you haven't, can someone who has done it provide this info. please. Is it the electrical harness of the SBC that should be disconnected? Thanks

Brake Pads

OK....Flash....
The SBC pump.....it is silver in colour about 6 inches square and as several metal brake pipes going to it you can,t miss it when you open the hood.

You will see the wiring harness on the side of the metal box (silver as stated) and also see THE RECALL WIRING FROM M.B (brown in color) if this modification as been done......this wiring as a clip to attach it to the pump.
To remove the harness slide the clip up and pull the harness back from the pump.

PUT THE KEY AWAY FROM YOURSELF AS NOT TO ACTIVATE THE CARS SYSTEM.

Fitting new pads and rotors as same as any other car.

REMEMBER WHICH WAY THE SENSORS FIT INTO THE PADS.

REMEMBER TO PRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL SEVERAL TIMES TO BRING THE PADS INTO CONTACT WITH THE ROTORS BEFORE INSERTING THE IGNITION KEY.

THE JOB SHOULD TAKE YOU AROUND 1 HOUR TO DO ALL 4 CORNERS.

If you are uncertain i will post some pictures

The SBC controller is the device in the upper left corner of the first picture. It has the pump on the top and the yellow coated reserve tank below it.
