TeleAid: No More Free Conference Calls
For those of you who use the Conference Call feature through the Concierge, after November 1st it will no longer be offered. I really liked this feature as a backup to my cell phone (in case the battery died or I left it at home) and also it was a nice way to make handsfree calls through the cars audio system for those of us who don't have the built-in phone system.
I found out when I called in to TeleAid to inquire about the new pricing and service plans.
Just thought I'd let you guys know because I was going to opt for the ~$450 package just for this one service and now that it is discontinued I will go with the basic package.
FYI, the unlimited airtime will still apply to the Digital TeleAid subscibers for calls in to the TeleAid service but not for conference calls.
