Starmark Warranty

Okay, so at my work we have an 03 E320 and my dad is considering it for my mother. Now it has had two owners. The second owner bought it starmark and it still has the new car warranty in effect. Now if we bought it would it still be covered by that additional year of starmark warranty after the new car warranty is gone?

Yes it would. The warranty is transferable.

The Starmark is transferable if it is a private party sale. If any dealer gets involved, Mercedes or otherwise, it goes away.
