How do I get my CD back? Help!

How do I get my CD back? Help!
Several months ago, I had another usual MB electronic issues. This time the CD got stuck and would not eject. The dealer replaced the control unit and told me that Alpine, where they sent the old unit to, would send me back the CD. It's been serveral months and the dealer told me that they have no way of following up this problems for me 
This is a brand new CD I bought in Boston back in June when I vacationed there. I bought it from the street musician who sounded very good to me. Now I have no way of buying that again. How can I contact MB to get my CD back? Many thanks in advance.

Don't forget that if the musician has a CD out he probably has a website or an agent, so if you do a web search on him you can probably get a new CD on line.

It does usually take a couple of months or so to get the cd sent back to the dealer. It will be returned to the warranty person at the dealer.
It can be traced by the repair order thru warranty by MBUSA.
I know when I get them back here that when I contact customers to let them know I have it they have already forgotten about them.
