Squeaks from suspension

Squeaks from suspension
In the last week or so, I've noticed a slight squeaking noise that sounds it's coming from the front suspension when I go over bumps in the road. My E350 only has 1,500 miles on it. Has anyone had this problem or know what may be the cause? I'm afraid the service dept. is going to tell me "cannot duplicate problem at this time" when I take it in.

Squeeeeeeeak
I started hearing squeaks at 1500 miles too but it turned out to be my seats that were making the noise. While driving try smacking the backrest of the passenger seat and see if it squeaks. I thought for about two weeks my suspension was making the noise until I really started looking. I'm bringin mine in next week.

Squeaks?? Everything has squeaked in our E240 since we got it. The Panoramic Sunroof shade, the folding seats in the rear, the shock absorbers and now the suspension which is why its in the shop today and we are stuck with an A170 courtesy car..
Now the last I heard about the problem, it was apparently something to do with a rubber (bush, bosh??) or something in the suspension. I will try and find out more info for you.

I too had squeaks from the seat backs, very annoying. It was caused by the plastic bezel from the rear foot well lamps. All I did was pop them off the seat frame and apply a little petroleum jelly on the attachment points. They have been fine for 6+ months now.

I had suspension squeaks.
Sounded like styrofoam rubbing together whenever i hit a bump in the road.
I thought it was the front suspension and after six times in the shop we fount out what it was.
It was the roof headliner. there was a plastic piece in there and for some reason the acoustics in the car made it sound like it was coming from the front end.
they fixed it and no noise. these cars are tricky because i was convinced that it was the strut.

we have 750 miles on our '06 E350, and the only squeak or creak we have right now is when you turn the steering wheel to the left, or turn it back to center after turning left, the steering wheel makes a squeaking sound, very annoying.
