windshield decal part number

I just got my car back from being repaired after a tree fell on it during Hurricane Wilma. I got EOM glass, but no window decal. I know they are available thru the parts department, but, I am looking for a part number. Any suggestions?

The part number for the original sticker, not the latest one, is 1295840838. They were $1.35 each at the dealer.
