Special thanks to KYBENZ at MB of West Chester
Forum member KYBENZ (Rob) is the Parts Manager at MB West Chester Ohio.
I live in South Florida and decided to give Rob a call at his office phone#
(513) 870-1004 to see if he could save me some $ since others have spoken
highly of him
I checked with my local (2) dealerships and was quoted $200 at one and
$100 at the other for certain parts that are irrelevant. When I talked to Rob,
he said it wouldn't be beneficial to order from him because it wouldn't be
worth it with the cost of shipping.
Guess what- Rob's parts delivered were $54.00. NOT $100 : NOT $200
Rob couldn't believe what my local dealers wanted to charge.
Rob really helped me out, and all of you do yourselves a favor and call him
instead of dealing with your local stealership if you ever need genuine MB
parts.

I ordered a bunch of stuff, including special tools for doing my brake pads, plus oil filters, etc from Rob at KYBENZ. You just can't pay full bust out retail, plus at your local MB dealer. Rob will take care of you. You get the OEM stuff.

Sorry guys but I just got a scolding from a forum moderator for helping you guys out. As you know, I never advertised anything for sale in here, but merely offered to help another member who was being screwed by his local dealer. It was at that point that some of you contacted me to see if I could help you out as well. As far as the tools I sold, I made a big fat zero and on the other items, I have made a whopping 27.00 after shipping costs. I thought I was doing everyone a favor here being a fellow enthusiast. Hell, my dealer owner would probably give me a severe beating if he saw the profit margin or lack thereof on the items I have sold to forum members. Sorry, but I am not allowed to help you out anymore.
