E350 Windows do not roll down fully??

E350 Windows do not roll down fully??
Just got my 2006 E350 w/ Sports..and I just noticed when I roll down my windows, it doesn't roll down all the way? About 1/4 inch stick up. Is this by design or is there something defunct about my windows? All 4 windows do that. Any ideas? Thanks.

Same here, I think its designed that way. Kinda annoying
