Nice eBay item for someone without this option

Only problem is, seller misrepresents dealer cost of this item.

MSRP is $470 and NOT "over $800" as the eBay seller claims, making his buy-it-now price higher than usual dealer price and certainly higher than the online dealer.
This happens a lot on eBay, of course.

I suppose someone will fall for this ad and buy it. Then, how will they install it? That is only the mechanism and the rear deck needs to be replaced for it to work.

regardless what a sunshade costs at mercedes...if you do not have a power rear sunshade in your W211 right now, one will have to buy the proper hatparcel with the opening for that sunshade...
Hatparcels with the sunshade opening are only sold by mercedes INCLUDING that sunshade...so that part is useless to UPGRADE.
