no more elegance as standard model in US
just last minute ago, I checked the MBUSA website about E classs and there is something confusing about standard option. See also another thread in this forum about Sport package. Do we get elegance model as standard in US???or we get the classic one for the standard??? Do we still get the double spoke tire as standard??? i just checked in MBUSA, standard package and double spoke tire are option now. THIS IS SUCKSSSSSS.
check the MBUSA, "reserve your car" in E class.
167 Standard Non-Sport Pkg.
· Delete Elegance Trim
· Light Alloy Wheel 5 Double-Spoke
· Elegance Edition
see the last sentence, "Elegance Edition" ,what does this mean?????????????????????????

No more elegance?
The 167 option says DELETE ELEGANCE which implies it is standard unless you choose this option. We need to wait and see what this option does when the prices are attached. It may well be that this item deducts from the price (hard as I find that to believe--a buyer gets a voluntary opportunity to decontent themselves instead of letting the manufacturer do it). The final website posting should resolve a lot of questions.

Elegance is standard in the US. The car will come with 16" 5- twin spoke wheels for the E320 and 17 for the E500. Same wheel as MIB2.
The sports package is the Avant Garde package. There is no classic edition in the US. The delete elegance, means that US spec cars don't get the Elegance badging on the gear shift knob and the side fenders.

I have already seen the US spec edition and it is the elegance but with the 5-twin spoke wheels, just like the MIB movie, in 16 for 320 and 17 for 500
