MHI / Bluetooth Install...

MHI / Bluetooth Install...
OK,
I've done some searching but haven't found what i need. I have a 2005 E500 w/o any phone integration options. I read that the system is prewired.
Question
A - appx cost for the MHI
B - if you get the MHI system, does it include voice control (linguatronic) or are they two totally different systems?
C - appx cost for the bluetooth
D - is the MHI install something you can do yourself?
Any help is appreciated - I figured i'd post here since my question is specific to the W211.

The voice control is not part of the MHI. Is is another option. Bluetooth cradle should be around 500. MHI can be done yourself if you have some tech knowledge on the fiberoptics. You can even search this forum. I am not sure what the MHI pse runs but if I remember correctly, it was around 900.
