Daytime running lights
hey guys i have an 03 e320 and is there a way to shut the daytime running lights off? also is there a way to just have the fog lights on?

you can turn the daytime running lights off and still have the headlights come on automatically or manaully at night, reference page 139 in your owners manual to turn the daytime lights off. Page 112 and 113 have general info on the exterior lighting controls. Foglights would need to be turned on manually. If you don't have the owners manual scroll to the lighting menu on the dash and it's called lamp circuit headlamp and select manual rather than constant.

"Park" lights have to be on with foglights.
Turn switch to park and then pull out one notch.
In Germany you'd be thoroughly berated for driving with fog lights when there's no fog or snow. Given that, it's logical to them to require some rear lighting, too.

Damned Germans.... Their always so practical.
Why can't a guy just run fog lights to have a little attitude.
