Command plays DVD.
I am interested in having my commnad system to plays DVD's but I have found that it cost $2000 to have a new command system thats would play MP3 and DVD's. Do you guys now where I could get it cheaper or have another method that would play DVD's.

you know, i'ved tried looking for a deal too but good luck finding one. even if you went with a cheaper alternative like an aftermarket headunit, you'll probably end up spending around the same amount with installation and then worry about what that shop did to your car. fork over the cash and get it from a reliable source. going the cheap route is for your honda civic.

Safety on eBay depends on what it is and from whom you're buying. I don't think a blanket rejection of buying anything expensive makes sense. I bought a new SL55 on eBay (from a MB dealer), and it was a great experience.

Alternatively, get the EURO COMAND for $$$$.$$ and e-Bay (I can't believe I'm using "e-Bay" as a verb!) your US COMAND for $$$$.$$. There's savings somewhere in that equation.
