Sam ?

Anyone can explain about issue below:
In W211 model, consist of 3 SAM(Driver SAM, Passenger SAM and Rear SAM); normally front(Driver & Passenger SAM) controls front headlamp while rear SAM control taillamp, signal, backuplamp and rear foglamp.
However, why and what is the reason "right headlamp low beam is controlled by the (left)driver SAM while left headlamp low beam is controlled by the (right)passenger SAM"???

i think the actuation for headlamp(left SAM-> right low beam, right SAM-> left low beam) works for W220 models. W211, left SAM actuates the left low beam and signals the right SAM for right low beam.
