IPOD Problem
My wife went to plug her Ipod into the car and it came up with an error message on the MFD. She then unplugged and re plugged it in. No message and all the wheel buttons work bu there is no audio at all. All other functions of the command work fine. Thinking the problem was the Ipod itself I plugged it into a home docking station and tried it with the ear pieces, both of those working OK. When in the car visually it works just fine and charges but no audio whatsoever. Any ideas??

Fixed!!!
Dealer found a loose plug on the back of the Command unit. This is of course after spending several hours wringing out all the wires, cabling, and interface box. Works great again!!

Sorry, it's hard to do sarcasm on-line. It sounds like it was a real PITA. Glad they got it working for you. After the dealer put mine in, I found a black tie-wrap on the passenger seat. Hope it wasn't for anything important.
