Newbie.... Need lots of parts and advise.....
Hello, I am new to this forum, just got a '03 E500 from an insurance company with a hit on the left quarter panel and door. I have always loved the new (W211) body style, and this was an opportunity I could not let go.
In any case, I need to find some good places to buy parts from in So Cal. I am in need of the following parts:
Left Rear Quarter Panel
Left rear door (w/airbag)
Left rear suspension parts (not exactly sure which yet, shop is making a list), including the shock and maybe knuckle and stabilizer bar & link.
Left head airbag.
SRS module (not sure if it needs changing, on Nissans I know they fry once any of the airbags deploy)
Left tail light.
That is about it. I can post pics if anyone is interested, but I'd rather post the finished product.
Any help and pointers is appreciated.

I have set of OEM tail lights off of '06 W211 in brand new condition.
I would prefer to sell both of them but we can negotiate.

Man, this IS old. I ended up getting most parts from the dealer at 35% off, except the suspension, I was able to find a complete crossmember with bags, shocks all arms, knuckles, etc. even differential for $600. I still have most of the parts that were left over, the SRS modules on these cars can be reset, and got a pair of LED tails on eBay. The car has been a dream to drive and own, I got an offer to buy it today for what I paid for it, so the price was a great deal.
