With summer around the corner, I want a sunshade for hot days. Does MB make an OEM version? I just want something that fits well that can be quickly deployed or folded up.

 

Yeah they do and I would like to get the part number for this as well.

This is the part # off the complimentary MBUSA windshield shade given with my E320 in FEB03. By the way, I still use it in the CLS.

 

Check the MBUSA website go E-Class, Build Yours, click the accessories tab.

 

They don't "make" one but they sell one.

I found that initially, but with the part number, photo and desc I didn't think these are really OEM. It seemed to me they were just reselling these.

They're probably just fine, but I'd get an OEM model if one was made.

Any tips on where to get one from nowadays? Appears to be discontinued everywhere.

 

Get a cover craft sun visor and be done with it. Custom fit for the car and it's only $60. I have the one that folds and the quality is extremely good. I have it on all of our cars.
