Navigation?
hi
i am looking at 06 350 that has command.
what do i need to install navigation?
can it be done?
in simple terms- is it a matter of installing the drive in the trunk and hooking it up to the head unit?
i have seem the writeup on an 04 and was wondering what the difference would be on 06.

Why, when the dealership replaced MY Navi drive in the trunk (2nd time in a week) did it show wrong headings and a completely wrong, but not very far away map onscreen. It took a full 1/2 hour of driving around for it to know where it was & all of a sudden fixed itself while I was sitting at a red light not moving at all.
I thought the satellites were always "on" and that the NAVI unit was always "looking" for as many satellites as possible ?!?

Sounds like your (DEALER) didnt road test the car to test the work..have a chat with them re the problem
