MB USA Website
It is true, all true: the MBUSA website is most often VERY lacking. And it has been this way for at least four years that I know of.
You are probably the 15,000th human being who has come to this realization; the 1500th member on this site to have done so....
Still it is of some use.
Why do they never improve it? A very good question.
"Someone needs to re-evaluate their LACK OF A customer assistance program."
They would be better off taking those web server computers out of their headquarters building and donate them to a local high school who will get better use out of them! If you want to experience a "poorer" resource, you should call them on the phone!

SERVICE Before the sale
SERVICE During the sale
SERVICE After the sale.
Otherwise I can by from Carmax in another town and find someone who will do service. The MB is a great car,, but planes don't fly without service either. Amazing how an airline can get work done by another firm and keep flying,, race car drivers borrow parts and cars from other competitors,, but Get MB to give you info on the website.

MBUSA most likely figures, based upon surveys, that their web site is good enough to meet the needs of their average customer. Keep in mind that the typical user of this forum is probably younger and much more computer-literate and Internet-savvy than M-B customers in general
Usually I type it in...then wait...then wait....then swear....then hit refresh...then wait....then swear...
