New face...

I am wondering....How many parts do I have to change to the new facelifted look...well I know the bumper, grill, side mirrors, trunk and headlights must be change. What about the hood? From pictures I can't tell if it's necessary to change the hood. I am thinking about the E63 look.....any info? thanks

Doesn't the hood have to be changed too if you have to change the headlights? And if the headlights have to be changed, then wouldn't that also effect the front fenders as well? I haven't looked too closely at the E63s, but I do know that I like the kit a lot so anybody with insight as to what really needs to be replaced, please chime in. Is it the shape of the headlights that is different or is it just the look? If it's the same shape then I would assume that the hood and headlights don't have to be changed.

I think the shape of the headlight is the same as the old ones so I would say the fender is the same. The reason why I asked if the hood needs to be change is that the grill is different then the one we have now.
I've just read a magazine they stated that they have asked one of the E-Class designer and the answer is you'll have to change the hood as well. Basically the whole front end except the 2 fenders.

The grill has a small "embossed" MB logo on the top, just like the S class, the whole 1-piece bumper and spoiler assembly is differerent. Headlight shape stays the same, but the assembly and look are differerent. Fender stays the same. The same goes with tail lights. Same shape, different assembly and look. Not sure why would you have to change the trunk.
