what are you looking to accomplish? What are your goals audio wise?

Is it possible to amplify the factory deck and add better speakers and subs to the 211 without throwing the error messages all over the place? I'm an audio nut, and hate the fact that the stereo in my car is fairly weak. I've seen some installs from this forum, but most say just don't bother due to optical fiber and other factors just not worth it. Thoughts?

I'm from LA and I've got extra amps and a custom sub enclosure. FIrst had the head unit with the tape deck, now I have the euro comand. The only error I had was with the little battery showing up everytime I turned it up for a while but my installer re-grounded some wires and everythings running fine.

hey 55 thanks for the reply,i am trying to get a better sounding speaker system out of this car because i just simply can not take it any more. i don't like to listen to music i like to jam to music. i talked to one of the radio stores that i have been going to for a couple of years and he recommended that i go with mb quart premium series for the dept and claimed it would be loud enough and clear enough for what i like. he also recommended me not to go 6 x 5 he said just stick to 5 1/4 and it should be good. i asked him about some infinity kappas and he claims they are just okay so 55 what is your take on some of this ?
