Price Changes????
When pricing was released a week or so ago on the new E, my dealer sent me any e-mail saying the base for the 500 was $54,850 which agreed to posted amounts on this site too. In looking at the information now posted at the MB site, the base for the 500 is $55,515. Did we already see a price increase? If so in looking at my order, it says MSRP at time of delivery. So if the price did go up, I just got screwed. Am I making a mistake here? If the base did change did the option prices change too? First the gas guzzler tax and noe this. It better stop soon. This is a lot of green!

The price did not change. The first price is the base base price. The higher price includes the $665 destination charge which is often included when someone refers to the base price. Some sites, such as Edmunds separate these. On MBUSA they have a little asterix by the base price that tells you it includes destination fees.
