Euro Delivery Dealer Cost?b
Both BMW and MB offer a ED retail price that is about 7% less than in-country US MSRP/retail.
When you buy a BMW with the ED 7% discount, you get close to normal delivery dealer invoice cost. But the BMW dealer does make normal profit as there is a ED invoice dealer cost that is about 7% less than ED retail price. In other words, dealer invoice cost of ED is about 15% less than normal delivery retail/MSRP.
Is this similar for MB??? I would like to negotiate down from ED retail price, like many do for BMW. I would have to assume MB offers similar margins for their dealers when one purchases at ED retail price.

You could try AJBENZO over at www.benzworld.org forums.
I spoke with him in the past about working a deal on a ED car.
He is a auto broker in Atlanta. I never had transactions with him.
Phone is 404-822-5247
hope this helps, report back.

You don't buy an EDP car from the dealer -- you buy it from MBUSA and they give the dealer a fee for their involvement. This is very different than a normal sale, and is why the dealer can't negotiate price.
