hi i just got a new e class i was wondering if anyoen here new the command unlock code for a 2003 e320?

If you're talking about the old radio unlock codes to prevent your unit from working in another car once the power has been removed from it, or it has been stolen, these Comands have no such code.

I have heard that you can change the mercedes logo boot up to AMG logo. Can anyone confirm that?

Uh Oh. Do yourself a favor & don't go there. Some guys have gotten in & done it, others have crashed their Comands trying & MBUSA will not repair any of the crashed units. The will replace them & charge you even if you are still under warranty because they consider it willfull abuse of the Comand unit.
