How would #1 be accomplished with the stock bumper? That black horizontal line is confusing me.
#2 is what my setup looks like, but I will be changing it.
#3 and #4, you asked so I'll say, absolutely no.

Go With #1 as its OE AMG But dont just do the tips do the Complete rear mufflers as AMG makes a Complete kit with Both Mufflers/Hangers/sleeves. Then trim the rear Bumper and Install a AMG E55 rear valance cover or a CF one
Then Update the Tail Lights/Center brake light / and the lower trunk panel 07
I Did it to the Wifes W211 ...it Looks and sounds sweet!

i also say no to #3 and #4, they are too much for a sedan, and about #1, if you look at the sl55 amg, that what i was trying copy from, just cut the bumper with the straigh line on top and use to bottom piece for the bottom detail, but its gonna be alot of works. Anyway, i like #1 the most

my friend has a cls500, after he change that cls55 mufflers system into his car, now his car driving like an S2000, he killed all the torqe of his car, the 500 engine need a very close exhaust system to hit to 339torqe, and 7 speeds will make it up for the hps lost on high end. My friend s car is now not able to hang with me like b4 anymore.

Thats Strange........
After I Installed the AMG Mufflers I didnt notice ANY change Add or LOSS in HP (Just a Deeper Exhaust note) as I drove it to the Bay and then back after the Install...And I WOULD have noticed a change ...
I Also Installed The AMG Exhaust on my Wagon again No Gain OR Loss In Power...Just better sound
I Would say that there is another problem on Your Friends cls..(IF) in Fact it did lose any Power/Torgue..Because AMG Mufflers will NOT cause that ...The AMG Mufflers are still a restrictive Muffler. I Would recommend a Dyno just to back up the statement.
Unlike the Can style aftermarket pieces out there that CAN cause a Loss in Power/Torque
