I just did my service d and 5 other recalls thru local dealership and the car came back to me with check engine light on , rough idle,scratch in the roof and brake pads fail.

Dealer's excuse .

rough idle- due to the bad mas airflow sensor (exhaust)

Check engine- same as above

Brake pad failure- need to be replace cause its worn out( just did my brake pads 12k miles ago) how could this be??

Scratch - dont worry we will get this fix( atleast this one was taken care of)

I ask my service advisor why all of the sudden i get this after the services was done.

Reply's- "coincidense and it is none of our Fault"

Question what the hell should i do???

Penske Azusa or anybody have experience with this dealership??

They did not have your approval to fix that stuff. Think about how pissed you would be if they returned the car with a larger bill. Bet you would tell everyone you were had and there was nothing wrong

yet another post from the company itself. Hey Sosh, do you think that we all can skip any correspondence to MB and just ask you? After all you do work for MB. I mean not like anything's wrong with that? Right?
