Nothing MB related (sorry)
Looking sweet, Randy!

As always, the pleasure was ours. Now all we need to do, is get Steve over there for the other mods you want to get installed.

greetingz,

BigSis

You guys gotta really stop posting pictures of your cars. Everytime I see one of these thread, i want to go spend some more money doing things to the car.

However, nothing's wrong with black rims on a white car but if I was driving that, I'd go with silver.

sold - w211 e320, f250, rx7 race car
Car looks good! Question on the grille, the chrome looks to be painted white. How did you get that done? I didn't think the chrome detached from the grille, did they use a lot of tape? I thought about doing the opposite on my car and having the black slats painted body color (sport/amg grille) and keeping the chrome. I'm not sold on my all black matte grille right now. Thanks.

Talking

as far as the grill, it is painted alabaster white. what i did is take it apart. when you unscrew the grill, look behind the grill and you'll see little plastic slats. carefully (with a flat head screwdriverz) wedge the slats out while pulling on the chrome grill. when it's all done, you'll have 2 pieces.

If you don't mind me asking, how much for the entire kit? Did you install it yourself or at a shop? Are those AMG exhaust or other aftermarket? How much was install of kit if done at a shop? Thanks.

you'd have to email steve from mbenznl.com for the kit price , and yes , they are AMG exhaust that i also ordered with the kit. as far as the install, i did it myself and it took only 2 1/2 hours, the hardest thing was figuring out how to remove the sides and lining up the exhaust before cutting.
thanks.
