Offset should work, but the front offset may be too conservative. Your rim may not be as flush with the fender as you'd like. You may also end up rubbing on your inner side with this offset and that tire size. The tire's a bit tall. Proper tire size for a 20" rim is 245/30/20 and 285/25/20.

You need to verify that 14mm lug bolts are usable with these wheels.
Earlier E-classes, etc. used 12mm lug bolts ... which won't fit your hubs.
