Invoice Prices

Not that it matters at this point, b/c I know very few will get below sticker, but does anyone have the invoice prices yet? I'm updating my spreadsheet and want to include this info if its available yet.

Thanks

I'd like to know myself, sites like edmunds haven't been updated yet. I have no problem waiting a little while until demand starts to wane. Judging by the latest press release from MB about how many new Es have rolled off the assembly line, it should be too much longer until we start seeing inventory on dealer's lots.

I have been able to invoice prices for options. It looks like most options have a little more than 7.5% mark-up. Option packages have a little less. That will put you in the ball park as far as the options go. I cannot find an invoice price for the base price of the car anywhere. I've been looking for it too. I'm sure it will be out there soon. Hope this helps a little anyway.

Here is a link to a MB dealer (Coggin of Fort Pierce-nice folks) which has the invoice price on its website inventory of new vehicles:

Well this is good news. Because in 2002 MB had a 7.5% markup on everything including base vehicle price. Assuming that I've attached a copy of my spreadsheet showing what could be very close to invoice pricing for the new E.

Like I said earlier I think we are a long way from seeing anything near these prices but at least you will know how much the dealer is making.

As official invoice prices are released I'll modify this if necessary.

If anyone see's any errors please let me know.

Thanks

Unofficial 03 E invoice prices

If you would like to use my spreadsheet for pricing out a new vehicle for yourself I've modified it for anyone to use in MS excel.

Thanks, Jack & Question re E4 on E500

Thanks for the good work! Was there a reason you left out a price for the E4 option on the E500?

Yea I got most of my info from the autospies web site and it didn't show being listed there. I meant to ask if anyone knew if it was available on the 500 or not. I wouldn't see any reason why it wouldn't be. Let me know if you find out otherwise.

Looking at the MBUSA web site it doesn't show there either. I wonder why?

Here's a link to the site with a scan of the documents from MB:

E4 MSRP is $500 and I think it is missing from websites because of delayed availability. Using same mark-up assumptions that would put cost around $463
