left mercedes for a brief time when i sold my E55 ( don't feel bad as i picked up a porsche turbo with the x50 package). anyway just got a new 2006 CDI, drives great. iridium silver with charcoal interior.
question (has nav, premium package), can the dealer retrofit sirius to the command unit. i thought that 2006's did not come pre wired from mercedes .
if not how have you guys added sat radio?

I'm not sure if the dealer can or not but it can be done. Not a big deal. Adding 3 wires and a small fiber piece.

 

The CDI is a great car. Sirius can be retrofitted.
