has anyone purchase a Euro Comand?/
I have a early 03 and it has the head unit with the tape Im looking to upgrade it. First question is it something your average person can do? Also I has anyone found them cheaper than Ebay? Last can I buy them in steps like the head unit first and then the nav?

You can install a US OR Euro Comand head unit...Then add a MB TV Unit
Several options to pick from
Contact Steve @ www.MBENZNL.com re the Nav Unit..He Will Install the Nav
Also he WILL Warranty the Nav
Ebay is a Gamble....MBENZNL is Not!

it is not just taking a gamble...there is a rather large certainty it is buying stolen goods (german television has some interesting documentaries about 1) navigation units 2) ebay 3) eastern european sellers & 4) ploice rooms full with impounded units)

May I ask an innocent question? If stolen units are purportedly being sold on Ebay, why hasn't Ebay blocked these vendors?
