I'm trying to get in touch with him to get prices on anti blind spot mirrors, folding mirrors, switch. I wanna know what are my options. But it's impossible to reach him. anyone knows any other place to get them from? maybe i should open my own store selling benz parts being accessible to everyone.

They usually return my emails in a day at best. They are OEM in Europe, so you get them from any Euro people, but I highly recommend Steve. I got the folding part and it runs about $2000. i love it.

Maybe that's a typo... I know I did not pay that much and Steve advertises them for half that installed

Pricing from Steve: https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w211/158064-mbenznl-september-us-eastcoast-westcoast-trip.html

The blind spot mirrors (a.k.a euro convex) are great, I have one on my driver side and love it. I never have to look over my shoulder to change lanes, it only took about 2-3 days to get used to. Easy to install and a DIY 5 minute project. The folding mirrors take a longer and require STAR programming to get them to auto fold, otherwise you have to fold by pressing the button. The folding mirrors are a good novelty item in the US.

Just to set the appropriate expectations, the auto fold mechanism does not make it more difficult to steal the mirrors.

I'm sure I paid whatever steve charges, so it must be a typo at my end. Sorry. What did I pay that much for? AMG sills were $1K, rear shades $1200, and some odds and ends. I guess it just added up. Sorry for the confusion.

That's the price for the Euro convex shaped mirror glasses we used to have in stock. The new ones (to be ordered at our local MB dealership) will be a bit more expensive.

Ecin, you may want to try and send an email to s_krabbenborg@hotmail.com, instead of sending a mail to one of our 'mbenznl.com' addresses. These seem to be not really working properly lately. Sorry.

greetingz,

BigSis
