Got it! Got it!

Hey! i just got my car from the dealership! its nice...power is smooth, and seats are comfortable. interior is much higher quality than the previous version. the ride is VERY quiet, i didn't expect it to be THIS quiet, but other wise it is perfect. i like verything in the car, aircon is much better, and the cubby hole in dash is quite cool. electronically controled..wow..i'm impressed. o..another bad thing...i don't really like the dashboard, the needle is a tad too small but still functional. currently my car has 36km on its odo. so i don't know much about it, but i want to get to know it better ASAP!!! its hard to keep the rpms low...the car has so much power its awesome compared to the 430, much nicer.

here are some pics

this one's of my dad checking out my car when he dropped the cheque..

wow, great car juke-box. I wanted to order the E 500 back in June but the difference is too much, I believe about 7000 after tax and etc ??? So I end up ordering the E 320.

I have a question for you juke-box:
1. I called my dealer today and he said my car has arrived at port today. Do you know how many days the car will be in my dealer?? btw,I live in LA .

2. Is it true that after the car arrive in my dealer, i have to wait 1 more day for dealer to prepare the car???

thankss

Great car, love and enjoy it

yip, i am not sure about port time, but it might take o, 1, or 2 days....depending on how many cars they need to prep...and also, depends when they actually get the car...like day or night...prepind doesnt take long, but say your dealer says it is arrving today, but it comes when they close, so you have to wait for a day, then if there are too many cars ahead of you to get preped, then you jmight have to wait anohter day, but most cars are take by the same day, yesterday, i saw my first E, it was a 500....we were taking a left turn ,and i was listening to music, and i saw a glimpse of it in the corner of my eye....i looked, i was like ooo **** did, thats a e500!!!!!!! i was so happy, it was a silver one, it looked very good....he was like, should i go ask him if you can take it for a spin

Yip...it has been 5-7 days since my car arrived at the port of Halifax. i'm not sure about the US, but it took that long to get to Toronto....and added on top of that, i wasn't sure about the color and sport package when i first saw the car. but now, i think the car looks fine so that was another 3-4 days of deciding wether to claim this car or not.

as for the 2nd question. if the car arrives in the morning or early afternoon, it is quite possible to get it on the same day. they have to clean it and stuff before they let you have the car.

thx for comments Yip!

Juke congrats, the car looks super. I like the standard version instead of the sport package. So when are you gonna slap on some new wheels?

You have chosen a great exterior colour. Normally i only like a dark colour, but that looks great!
Well done

Thanks for all kind words again!! the cars been great so far!

Tez. i don't think i will be slapping on anything yet..i still need another set of rims for the winter tires, but i don't know if my mom already ordered them for me, so lets see. THe 17"s turned out bigger than i thought, so i'm pretty please with how it looks now although i prefer the sport wheels.

Through the photo's, the color doesn't show itself as such in real life. It has more grey to the color if you see it in person.
