Just picked up E500 I ordered in late Jan 2007. Has been raining here a lot so took pix just before driving out of Dealer showroom.

Thanks buddy, has all the standard E500 kit including, airmatic, harmon kardon sound, xenon lights, sunroof, 4 zone aircon, command (inc. digital TV) AMG pack inc. sports seats, pedals, seats, etc, amg tail pipes, amg wheels, amg steering wheel with paddles, amg mats, plus active lighting and auto trunk. Colour is Colombite Black.

Very nice. We have the same wheels and the hood, only the 220cdi but we have orederd a 320cdi but we don`t like the new one so we have canceled the orderlast year. We wait yet for the next one. We have only the 220cdi because it was the last new car from mercedes in december 04 in germany which our dealer has get and we have needed a car to the 31.12.04. So we must get it. But the next one is a 320cdi or a 420cdi. We have had the 420cdi fo a testdrive and it is the best V8 diesel we habve driven, only one word for it : amazing.

I think over 130mph was top speed. But It is the woman`s car so it is enough for her. And for a car which drives only in our little village the power is enough. The car is yet 2 1/2 years old and has only 25k miles on it or so. But it will be comes a new one!

I've been looking at some 211's 220 and 270cdi's for sale on e bay
italy and france...a 2003 or 2004 go for about 20-23 thousand euros.
Then i was thinking of driving it to eastern europe
The 270cdi is about 130kw...do europeans have to pay more money
when they register the car...if its above 120kw...because i heard in my
country..bulgaria...there is such a thing...up to120kw...free
after 120kw...pay about 25 dollars per kw
130kw=3.250 dollars
