Thanks Tony, Its already quite low - there is just a bit of wheel gap - it has the sport suspension which is already lowered.. I'd lower it if we had better streets but I'm quite scared that already if I drive on bad roads I'll rub.. so I think no lowering for me.. can't wait to see yours all dressed up

So the GPS is not available now until Janurary? They will install that for you free, or you already paid.? beautiful car
But does your bi-xenon head lights looks blue at night. does it look like the movie men in black. cause it shows Blue in the movie.

I just got a W211 E class two weeks ago to replace my 328Ci lease. I love the car, but I hate 16" wheels on it..i'm looking for a slightly used set of 19 Carlssons/Amgs......I bought new Pirellis Pzeros a while back.

Well I just got back from Platinum motorsport on Melrose. I bought some brand new 19" AMgs...to be put on Monday. I'm really excited to get these paws on...i'll post some pics monday.

ok, the white balance was tough to get under the delivery center lighting, but here goes.
The SL with the amg package is silver (brilliant, I assume - I didnt check), the E is pewter with an ash interior. Unsure if that SL had stone or ash inside, but I do know the dealer showed me *three* SL55 AMGs in their hands. Nice. Dunno if they were sold or not.
Anyway, onwards...
First is the pewter E in the foreground, silver SL in the background...the pewter looks too 'chocolate/bronze' in many of these shots...

closer on the ash interior. The service placemat is silver hyping Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil, which has apparently partnered closely with MB.
The windowsill and dash looks too brown in this pic
After a rainy/snowy day it definitely will be a challenge to keep these carpets clean. Waiting on a delivery of 303 fabric protectant....but carpets are made to be walked on.

pewter/ash outdoors. Still an overcast day....
autocolor in photoshop, and brightness/contrast bumped up like +20
I dropped the red glove on the hood to help the camera figure out the color balance. Pewter is such a midtone that it makes it tough for the array to get the white balance right...
