New E Class (W211) Picture Thread

I ordered e55 front calipers/rears. The reason I did this was because the rotors are cheap. Compare that to the e63 rotors which are triple the cost did not make it worth it to me especially since I don't have 500hp under the hood.
I'm doing it mainly to fill up the wheel gap that the 4 pot fronts don't fill...lol
From my understanding both will work and bolt on. You need to enlarge the spindle hole on the stock ones by 2mm which is easy. You will need new rotors, backing plate, and obviously pads.
I should have my calipers here by next week I hope.
Then I can start ordering the rest of the parts.

We keep our 2004 GMC Yukon as a spare as well. I also realized that a 8'x4' sheet of plywood while driving home from Home Depot does not look all that great on top of the Benz.

So we keep the Yuk for runs like this and also to go up in the mountains or on the occasional camp trip.

Will start to do some maintenance such as engine and transmission oil and filter, brake and coolant fluid change.
Does not have any service records so may have already been done or not.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I think dubs look good on suvs n trucks better than cars, my opinion. I wanna go black or grey so i can paint the chrome grill black as well. But im looking this color as well cuz the front of spokes are chrome and they shine pretty nice n rest is just silver.
I think ima stick to these but i wouldnt mind more suggestions!!!
And what kinda tires should i run on em with 19s? Its 19x8.5 19x9.5

It looks nice man. I would buy a E55 or E63 in W211 only if i didn't commute around 120 miles on weekdays lol. And if you do go back to your stock springs and thinking to sell the Eibach springs, I'm in the market for that. I'm still looking for a nice set of wheels for mine. those AMG ones are a little too overpriced and I'm tryna keep my budget to 1k-1500.
Yea that scraping does get annoying but a ride looking that clean, n lowered, it's worth it i say. Better than those ricers swinging around their hondas on 2 inch high road bump lol

Decided to take a few pics of my E320 in front of a Sacramento Siemens U2a Light Rail Vehicle, built by my company in the mid 1980's.
