SRS malfunction should not be reset. It shows that the airbag system has a problem. This should be addressed by the dealer ASAP.
Re the Command system, exactly what do you wish to reset??

Srs

Even if you do reset it, it will just come back. Chances are its a occupancy sensor that needs to be recalibrated...or a wire harness update for the steering column module.

As stated you cannot reset this and it must be done by a dealer with the Star system. However you do not seem to understand the implications of this warning. It is a very important safety warning and indicates that your safety system will not operate. The warning is very important. Do not believe a dealer will even attempt to reset it without the correct repair. Even if they do it will immediatly return. GET IT FIXED!!

You are being stubborn and dumb. If it needs a sensor its defective, if the light is on its defective, it can't be reset!! Its a serious safety issue. How on earth do you know its not?? Do you have ESP?? Keep up that kind of thinking and you will end up where you do not want to be. If the rest of your vehicle is maintained like this problem you are not going to have anything left of it is a short period of time.
