Hey boys and girls. Probably my last post in the forum (W211). It's been fun.
I turned in my baby yesterday to MBNL and picked up a new whip. CLS63 AMG White on black. I am in love. Thanks for your support the past three years, I loved my W211, by far the most comfortable car I have ever owned and fun all around.

I would love to know the kind of power you get out of the 63. I am reading complaints re: power of the engine.

The thing you have to realize is that the seven speed transmission takes into account front wheel speed. When on a dyno your front wheel is going zero and the back is going 120. The trans doesn't exactly dig that so you don't get the numbers you're looking for. If you dyno using the right equipment you should get 426 at the wheel which in my book is more than enough.

I can tell you for sure that post is not correct. They very recently dyno'd the E63 and CLS63 and they got 430 and 426 rwhp respectively from them. With some amazing times. Anyway, the car is amazing and I am having a hard time breaking it in properly.
