Which models have this type of display, and what do we need to retrofit to 05 US Command units? Is it a software update or hardware?

I used to have a RR that had the BMW navigation unit. This 3d navigation map could be achieved by upgrading the software. I know it hasn't been done to our W211's but I know the SL's have this option. I think its called "birds eye" view....

their navigation is made by a diffrent company than the one that makes the one for our w211's
