New Nav DVD(2006-02)
I just got the new Nav DVD for '06 E350. In general, there is not much of change, but I could see that there are some minor improvement on the POIs as well as the new voice(It sounds like same lady, but it feels like she is whispering to you this time 
) Now you can find tons of Starbucks in Seattle area while there were only 3 of them with the previous DVD 
One thing I like to note is that there is no turning back once you pop in the new DVD since it updates the software on the system which won't read the old DVD(I used to have DVD version 2005.03
).

Her idioms have also changed. The old one said "Now take a right," which sounded a bit informal. "Now turn right" sounds better. I suspect they tried to remove regionalisms.
I was disappointed that some major road changes that are two years old are not on the new DVD. Well at least it was free (part of a service campaign).

Granted your vehicle is not included in this campaign however, if I recall correctly you took delivery 11/06 and 2006.2 was released 12/06. Discuss this with your dealer they may allow for a goodwill upgrade given the short time span between delivery and release.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, I used to have 2005.3 and just got the 2006.2.

Bought clone off fleaBay for $40. A bit of a pia to install (check the blogs for update instructions), but works well.
For $30 less than MB's update price, I can buy a new voice activated Garmin with live traffic
