I dont see why not. I have the Euro command with the US nav system. I have a british lady speaking. I think the voice is all dependent on the command you have. I believe you can change the voice too if i am not mistaken!

Uh.. Try this:
- Change the radio station with the steering wheel controls.. does up ascend the frequency, or descend?
- Are you able to change stations with the COMAND arrow keys?
- Does the [SCAN] softkey feature work?
- Does [NAV], [POI], [Restaurants] have categories?
- Does the [PHONE] download your address book?
- There are a few more gremlins that I cannot recall at the moment..
I'm not complaining.. I love my Euro COMAND, I'm just sayin'.. it ain't flawless.
But this isn't about the COMAND, it's about the NAV, so yes, the NAV will work. You can choose the Brit Chick with the 5,3-7 trick (no, I'm not pimping her out!).

Okay hmmmm….lets see. When I said flawless…I was IMPLYING that US NAV and Euro Comand worked perfectly without any malfunction codes popping up. In other words, they were “compatible”!! Never had a glitch with my system since. Get it now?
I understand your complaints, but I guess it’s a matter of individuals having different standards. Honestly, I could live without the NAV/stereo features you listed, but for others, it may be a necessity and I respect that. The original poster was asking if there were any compatibility issues with the US NAV and the Euro Comand, so I answered his question.

Actually, if the Euro COMAND is switched to "w211 US" (via the 5,3-7 backdoor) the address book DOES get downloaded and everything else works as it should; it's when in "w211 ECE" mode that it doesn't.
