E320 problems
Hi there
Actually this is my first post here and i will buy an E320 model 2003 with electronic park,keylessgo,4 zone airmatic,...etc
i just want to know the problems.
i know that every car has problems for example the window elevator died after a while,.... something like that

04 E320 4 Matic, 95 Audi S6, 99 Carrera 4 Cabrio, 12 Fiat 500 Sport, 00 BMW R1200C 10, BMW R1200R
2003 models can be more problematic than the later ones. However, there are some great 2003 models in the US since it already is the second year of production if you count that it came out in Europe in 2002.
The best thing to do is to look up the service history at a MB dealrship (it would be best if it is done at the one where most of the service has been done). If you see some serious issues, then you might have a lemon. Also, BUY A WARRANTY!
Look at the top thread about recalls and make sure that all the appropriate ones have been done, this is very importatnt too.

i just bought it from 1 hour with 10.000 KM only!!!!E320
Model 2003(2002 october) with electronic park,keylessgo in short it is full option except the xenon and the panoramic roof.
but i heared that it has problem with suspension and the braking system. is it right ???????
what is the main problems ???????? please state it all

Brake Problems refer to some problems with the SBC electronic program which was fixed, and a couple of recalls for loose SBC wires under the hood. Just check that the recalls were taken care of and you should be OK with the brakes for as long as you hold onto the car.
Don't ask for a list of problems that everyone else might have had... It will rob you of the enjoyment of your car which might have otherwise given you great pleasure. When you have a problem, you will know it. Then again, you might not have any problems. (You can't fix a problem that hasn't happened yet.)

I told you it was gonna get here. I'm going to look it over & see the Finance Guy at 1 PM, then book the insurance. Have to make sure they ordered my Phone & Cradle. Going to FL tomorrow morning thru Monday on "biz", so I guess I'll pick it up on Tuesday.
Exciting & disappointing at the same time... There's something about waiting, and being "next" on line that is exciting that vaporizes the moment they motion to you and say "Next!" ...Weird, huh?
BTW my delivery rule of thumb is: 2.5 weeks from the last day of the "build window" plus 10 days, then the phone call that the dealer has it. My rule of thumb is towards the long side of your delivery date, so expect to be surprised.
The build window is the 10 day period following the build date the dealer gave you. So if he told you its being built the 21st, it could be built during any 2 consecutive days within that period.
My car was a build date of Jan 21, so It was slated to be built the 21st - 31st.

:hmm actually it is my father's car and he had the one b4 W210 but i convinced him to buy the W211 which has keylessgo and bigger engine but he said that this model have a stuff of problems so i'm curious to know what is these problems.
so state for me a list and it will not make me not enjoy the car bcoz my father is one who drove it :d

but if i run the kick down i feel that it is powerfull
i donno may be because i used to drive bmws and it has a sport start?
note i owned the previous shape E240 i even feel it was more powerfull inside the town.

Do a search on the forum, Your question is asked a lot and after a while people get tire of answering the same questions. Be advised that the information here is also subjective and just because ten people here complain about a certain problem does not not mean you will ever get that same problem.
