Getting additional lease miles

If I get a lease that has 7500 miles a year what happens if I decided I want more miles? Yes, I know that I will get charged $.25 for every mile over but I have heard a few other things that I wanted to get input on.

I have heard that the Mercedes Lease will allow you to do the following:

1) With a Mercedes lease you can change the amount of miles you have in your lease with in the first year.

2) With a Mercedes lease you can purchase additional miles before you turn in the car for $.20 a mile.

Anybody have experience with this? What are my options should I move to a new house and my dirve becomes longer?

I have a E 350. Was told by the salesman that I could buy addtional miles at 20. When I called MB Financial to buy more miles, they said the.20 mile deal was gone. It is now .25 to buy extra miles up front. My salesman and Finance mgr said sorry we told you wrong. I didnt get it in writing. My loss but I am still angry at the dealership for the misinformation.

Just trade it in for another lease before term is up and they're very likely to pay off the miles for you to get the deal.
