Watch out for people stealing your external rearview mirrors
It happended in broad daylight at my work parking lot in Round Rock, TX. Someone hijacked/stole my E500 external side rearview mirror enclosures - particularly the back enclosure part and not the mirror part. That's enough to ruin your day. Can you imagine the ***** this idiot must have had to do such a thing, just so he could sell the parts for crack... Has this happend to anyone else?

My buddy who is big on cadillacs mentioned how they're popular to put on cadys especially in the ghettos of TX. Might be worth a pretty penny

Stealing Benz mirrors have recently been real big down here in Texas for some reason. A "buddy" (more like acquaintance) got both his mirrors removed on his C230K.

is this your first time MY DAD owns a 97 expedition and people keep stealling his his mirrors and the lug cap from the wheel at least 1 per month and not even at night and im in NEW YORK but people can see u doing what ever they wont say or do anything i love NY

I'm hearing more and more about people who have had this done to them. To let you know the cost, both mirrors repaired cost $ 1105 at Mercedes -Benz of Georgetown. Texas also has a "right to carry" law, so I'm wondering why this ******* thought he wasnt going to get shot???
