What happened to the NAV DVD 2006.1 torrent thread?
Maybe I'm just a tard but I can't find the thread that had the link to the torrent. Anyone still have it? The disc that I made as a back up keeps intermittantly saying "check navi disc". I eject it then pop it back in and all is well until next time.
Can somebody PM or email me the torrent please?

Just try ripping and duplicating the DVD--usually, that'll "clean" up the bits. Once the data is on your HD, it should be good as new.
Have you gotten your parts? I haven't yet...

Jaime called me and said my shiznit shipped Monday. I ordered something else that was on back order so he called to see if I wanted to wait for that item or ship the bluetooth stuff.

Nah, you'll get clean data if you use a good ripper. We do that at our studio all the time. Once it's on your drive, the file is fresh and new. Could just be bad media that's causing the errors. Computer drives do a better job at reading data...

Of course I wouldn't do that. We all know that I have the 2006.1 OEM disc. I just like making backups
All is well guys...stand down. I found the extracted file sitting on one of my hard drives in my server room.

any idea how much that 2006.2 goes for at the dealer or trusty OEMpartsdirect?
Georgedaman, you mentioned somewhere else that you've got a flash disc that makes updated euro comands that are not able to access the engineering menu able to access it?
If so, any more info on that?

It is better to burn your backup navi disc with a DVD+R disc.
DVD-R discs are used in older DVD players/readers and spin at a slower speed...which may be causing your navi drive to have reading issues.

Georgedaman,
I missed this the 1st goround.
If you could reseed it and PM me on how to access/use it, I would be most grateful.
Thanks!
