How Important?

How much do benz owners use their windsheild washer fluid?

mine was pushed out near the wheel well because of some changes and if i wanted to get 20" rims they would hit it, so how important is it to keep?
Im in LA area, so no snow or extreme weather, just sun/rain...

How would getting wheels change the location of the windshield washer fluid tank?

I use it quite often.
It depends on the driver I guess.
I hate driving the car with dirty windshield.

Depends on where you live. In the NE, you use it all the time. In warmer climates - rarely, except to clear the bugs of the windsheild.

I've only used the washers a few times, but when I did, it was a very good thing to have. I don't know if there are any legal restrictions on disabling windshield washers - worth checking into - but I would think long and hard before removing safety equipment for no reason but looks. If you just gotta have the dubs, can't you relocate the washer tank (again)?

ahhh the stupid things people do to their cars. Dude, just get some 19's.

I have been into cars and modding them for 13 years. Everything from neon to Rims and system to everything else. But for you to remove your washer fluid reservoir to install huge rims is, well... just stupid . IMHO, sorry.. Don't mean to hurt your feelings.

The day or week he takes the washer reservoir out, he'll need it. Stay tuned during the next several weeks for the "Got into an accident. Didn't have the windshield washer fluid and I couldn't see where I was going" post.

Why would getting larger wheels make your overall size of the combo bigger? Is this normally a problem with going to a 20" wheel? Are you also getting a wider or taller tire too? 46 inch mud tires maybe?

BMW FTW
Only time I have ever used one in a car was in my ML after driving into a big mud field, and that was a mistake since the mud gets caught in the wiper blades and makes fine scratches on the windshield.
