E500 Sport -- Tire Check / Wrong Tires???
I have an e500 sport. the tires on the car are Continental - Contitouring Series 245/45R17-95H. (an H rated tire)
According to the EClass brochure, the tires that come with the Sport package should be W-Rated.
What does everyone else have on ther E500 w/ Sport??
Assuming these are incorrect, how do I pursue the problem?

Probably nothing since the tires have been used. They would have changed the tires before delivery if you had brought it to their attention. However, you can always call your salesman and forcefully complain - you might get lucky.
Legally they don't have to. The back of Mercedes brochures states:
"Mercedes-Benz reserves the right to make changes at anytime, without notice, in colors, materials, equipment, specifications and models."
