The AMG sport Package is now once again available for the MY07 W211 Sport Sedan E350 and E550 (2wd and 4wd). It includes 18" 5 spoke wheels and the AMG design front and rear bumper. I think this is basically what was included on the special edition E350 Sport Sedans (sienna black cars) earlier this year. An announcement was made to the dealers some time last week. Best part is the price - $2.000. I would assume this package will continue for the MY08 E-Class sport sedan also. N/A for wagons or BLUETEC.

 

I hope so, I don't like the current sports package especially those 18 rims. The AMG package is alot better.

 

Where did u get the info on AMG Sport package? I went to MBUSA but I got nohting.

 

There was a communication to dealers last week with this info. Might not make the web site for MY07 since MY08 is so close at hand. Check with a dealer - package cade is 321.

 

Yeah I agree, I read it somewhere that they are bringing back AMG package for the E-Class. I read it somewhere on Worldcarfans.com.

 

I confirmed it with my dealer but my car is already built. Bummer. I would have to reorder so I said screw it. All I really want is the front bumper though because the wheels will be changed anyways.

Does anyone know whats included in the AMG sport package? Are the springs the same as the 333 sport package? Will paddle shifters be available as an option like with the "Key to the cure" package?

 

I dont see any reason not to cancel if you haven't recieved the car yet. You can always changed you mind and reorder another vehicle that meets your needs and satisfaction. The only difference with AMG it has the duals exhaust, the body kit including the sides, and 18" 5 spoke wheels rims. I am not too sure about the paddle shifters that maybe another option package.

 

The current non-AMG sport package has dual exhaust as well.
