Rebates....where are they!
I bought an 05 2 years ago in May, got appx 10K off sticker due to some really good incentives. After i purchased, the incentives actually got better. Now my Dad's ready to buy a car and i was hoping MB would have some incentives and they have nothing. Either supply has decreased or demand has increased (or maybe both) but either way it must be good for resale stabilization....
I bought an 05 E500 4matic w/ roof & htd seats for 55K out the door, can't touch this car for less than 60K now.
Any thoughts?

Check edmunds.com for available incentives. You should also work from Invoice, not MSRP. I can buy a Mercedes at Invoice right now but if I wait until June, there will probably be some trunk money (cash back to dealer) that will come off Invoice.
If a dealer doesn't want to talk about Invoice, go somewhere else.
Remember that Edmund's Invoice and the true Invoice may not match because of advertising or other charges tacked on by the importer.
