what does electrical serviced @ 1934 miles mean and then again at 5000 is that a normal service or was something wrong?

Do you really want a car that's had three owners, two of which were business/commercial leases?
Most cars on dealers lots are leased cars bought at auction. The local, one owner personal cars never get there. They go to preferred customers. Those are the ones you want to find and you should be willing to pay a bit extra for them. I would never buy a car that's had multiple owners or that was leased (private or commercial).
Of course this is just my personal opinion.

2005 e500 buying questions asap

at 37000 miles what services or costs should i be worried about in the maintnance department. the factory warranty is still in place but it is not at a mercades dealer so i would have to go with an aftermarket company for the extended warranty. also 35900 plus tax tag is that a good price. check out his link btw they wont budge
